CLI Option --debug

Logs verbose error data to your temp dir.

When using the --debug option, a file is created under the altostra directory, in the temp directory. The exact filename is printed to the terminal:

Debug log saved to /tmp/altostra/2020-05-20T12:10:55.625Z.log

All output is emitted to the file, including all debug and verbose messages, which normally are not printed to the terminal.
